Return Policy
In the odd case that you do not love our products, here is our policy on returns:
1. Eligible products (If found Damaged) can only be returned within one week after the delivery date. Incase if the package is received in damaged condition , please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately by calling us on +91 8792912263
2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at Kairveedecor@gmail.com a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will take the necessary action
3. Any customized order cannot be exchanged or returned
4. Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up
5. Once your return has been authorized, we would issue a store credit note or we can refund the amount deducting the shipping charges against the purchase. Please make sure the product is unwashed or unused

Shipping Timing
We dispatch orders within 3 working days.
Domestic delivery time is 5-6 working days.
International delivery time is 8-10 days.(Customs and taxes are applicable as per buyer’s country rule)
y shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product booked on the Website is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s). However, User understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of Product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.
In case user books Order of multiple Products in one transaction, the Company would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If User purchases multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by User. If User wishes to ship Products to different addresses, then User should book separate orders based on delivery addresses.
How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?
The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked post a product is selected for Add to cart.
Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner delivery list.
How will the delivery be done?
Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like DHL, Blue dart, Aramex, FedEx, Delhivery etc
For international Orders - Customs and taxes are applicable as per buyer’s country rule.
